PORK BROCCOLI



There are numerous advantages of broccoli. 
  •  rich in vitamin C. 
  • rich in minerals.
  • most importantly, it has cancer fighting properties.
okay I eat a lot, and hence i cook a lot. but seriously this pork and broccoli is good. And the bonus is that its fast, simple and utterly delicious. I love spicy food, okay i am not proud of it, but i want my food to be cruelly hot ( spicy). so i throw chillies, red pepper in any thing i make. 

Ingredients.

sliced pork
fresh broccoli
onion
fresh garlic
2 tomatoes
soy sauce
rice wine
salt
red pepper ( thats what i used)
olive oil

Direction
Marinate pork using soy sauce and rice wine until you prepare other ingredients. Cut broccoli, onion, tomatoes, peel and crush garlic . Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the marinated pork for a while. ( i fry the meat first cuz i like my meat to be well fried, and i don't want onion and garlic to burn), second step , i add onion and garlic. Add a little salt ( to your taste) and red pepper then fry it for a while, add tomatoes. After the tomatoes are all mashed up, add soy sauce, and broccoli. toss thoroughly so that everything is mixed properly. But don't overcook, broccoli tastes better when its crisp. Serve hot with rice (preferred).
